Very professional and able to get things settled in a timely manner. The initial phone call to get things set up was an easy process and I received a call from an attorney within a few days. Would definitely reach out them again for future legal needs!

They helped me with a reinstatement on the beginning stages of a foreclosure. I had the pleasure of working with Justin who i spoke to verbally only once and he emailed me once. And the remainder of the communication went through Brittany, the Paralegal. I think you are your own best advocate. So I stayed on top of my case and responded to the collector/law firm that the Mortgage Company used for collection. I also watched my case and any changes on my court case at the local county. Any information I received and/or found, I sent to the Paralegal for documentation. My case was open and closed within 30 days with Cozmyk. I paid good money for doing my own leg work but again, you are your own best advocate for your case. It's closed and I'm satisfied after paying $1650 for the retaining them. I helped myself by staying on top of my case and paying the reinstatement within the 30 day time frame. I still stressed but knowing the foreclosure was on hold by having Cozmyk step in, helped.

We had the best experience working with this law firm, I was doubtful at first since I found them on Google and knew nothing about them. Especially making the first down payment I was leery, but they quickly relieved my fears by jumping on the case immediately. The mortgage company that was foreclosing on our property was not easy to work with, but the law firm was diligent on getting response from them. Everybody I dealt with from the administrative staff up to the lawyer, made it flow as easy as possible, going to court for me so that we wouldn’t miss work, and helping me through the paperwork. They totally saved our home for us and I highly recommend them.

These folks, from their secretary, to their top attorney, were absolutely the best. They kept us informed on every detail at every level. They put our minds at ease, and made us feel our troubles were resolved. Thanks very much to the entire staff there.

FEEL THEY MISREPRESENTED TO US WHAT THEY WERE ABLE TO DO & ACCOMPLISH. TOOK ARE FUNDS MONTHLY BUT DID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH US WHAT THEY WERE DOING FOR US. WHEN WE DID CALL TO HAVE QUESTIONS ANSWERED WERE GIVEN VOICE MAILS WITH SEVERAL MESSAGES LEFT WITH POOR CALLBACKS. DID MEET ONE TIME WITH MR. COZMYK FOR MEETING AND IT SEEMED LIKE HE UNDERSTOOD ARE GOALS FOR OUR CASE. WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THIS LAW FIRM.

I talked to 3 different attorneys in this office, before they finally assigned me one. The communication is mainly through email... that is the only way I could ever get an answer to anything! I would call and leave a message and no one would ever return the call. I highly recommend going somewhere else.. They charged 2500.00 and then they would not appeal a court order. I felt like I paid them all the money, I did for nothing.
