Hired Attorney Joshua Hyman

Josh Hyman provided the highest caliber of legal service that anyone could ever expect. He gave me constant emotional support during a very difficult period when I was suing my employer, the Department of Veterans Affairs. Very bright, personable, and caring towards me as plaintiff, he was at the same time unrelenting in doggedly pursing our case against the U.S. government. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend him.

Do not use them! They took 12 years to settle my case, charged excessive fees, refused to give a check for damages to me unless I turned it over to them.

Hired Attorney Christine Barone

All she cares about is money and thus she and her boss, David Feinberg charged me $340,000 in 13 months to do and say nothing except charge. They put my mother in a worse position because they work hand in hand with the court in abusive guardianships to isolate, overmedicate and steal the estate as happened with Britney Spears, Wendy Williams and many others.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
