I can't say enough good about him. He was prepared, attentive, returns my calls, on time for court appearances. A LOT of my fear subsided after he explained my legal options. He said the most important thing upfront was for me to understand my options "so that I could help myself by making informed decisions about my condo association's claims" which would help him with my case. He said it is about "your home" so everything we do must consider this. He CARED from a compassionate view.
He is refreshingly honest and caring... keeps his call-back promises... is on time for meetings & Court dates. I did not feel that all he was interested in was getting his fee and spending as little of his time and work as possible for my case. He is a different kind of lawyer who seems to actually BE PRIDEFUL ABOUT HELPING HIS CLIENT. I also felt that his fees are fair. I have NEVER said these same things about any other attorney.
Charles Silverman is helping directors of our association to issue violation notices that do not comply with by laws of our association, he help directors to issue order of protection against owners to make sure those owners do not attend board meetings, he is helping to create eviction notices for owners and tenants who did not violate any rules of association just because directors hate them. Most unethical lawyer you can hire for your association.
