Brian L. Salvi joined Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. in 2013 and was named Partner in 2019. He concentrates his legal practice on cases that involve personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice. Before he joined Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. as an attorney, Mr. Salvi served as a law clerk with the firm.
Throughout his time with the firm, he has recovered more than $290 million on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Salvi’s most recent trial in April 2024 resulted in a $12.2 million jury verdict on behalf of a tractor-trailer driver who was significantly injured in a crash on I-70.
In 2022, Mr. Salvi and his wife, Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C., attorney Eirene N. Salvi, obtained a $4.25 million settlement on behalf of the family of a 13-year-old boy who was killed in a car crash. The settlement is the highest wrongful death settlement on record in Kendall County.
Mr. Salvi received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and his law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
As a law school student, Mr. Salvi competed in the American Association for Justice’s Student Trial Advocacy Competition as a Notre Dame mock trial team member. The team won the 2012 and 2013 Regional Championships in Louisville. In 2013, the team compiled an 11-0 record and outperformed 220 other teams in Regional and National competitions en route to winning the National Championship in New Orleans.
Additional credentials and distinctions include Illinois Trial Lawyers Association memberships, Lake County Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Salvi is also a Chicago advisory board member of the Concussion Legacy Foundation.
Mr. Salvi enjoys spending time with his wife and fellow Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. attorney Eirene N. Salvi, and their two children.
