If you want to have to follow up with your attorneys office on matters that you are paying to have handled by professionals in a timely matter, DO NOT USE BRIAN TIERNEYS office. Brian and his assistant Stephanie were very unprofessional and had to be contacted several times from my realtor and the sellers attorneys regarding deadlines not being met on time. Whenever anyone would call them out they'd get upset. We were basically walking on eggshells throughout the entire process because Brian's office kept dropping the ball. The attorney review period was down to the wire, following up with contractual contingencies only happened when my realtor followed up, and on the day on closing our buyers refused to close because Brian's office fumbled the plot of survey, to the point were he had to pay for the survey because it was on his team. Brian and his team were unprofessional and didn't show an ounce of care for us as clients.
