They are knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. I called their office out of the blue without any expectations and by the end of that first call, I knew I was lucky to have found this firm. Ed Rees knows his stuff and you'd be silly to consider using a different law firm.
James is very personable and helpful. We are thankful for the satisfaction we received after he consulted us about our case.
helpful staff, willing to answer questions
I felt that the money spent did not meet my expectations. It seemed that the process was all that mattered and not the client. When speaking to the attorney it seemed that the outcome has already been determined in spite of questions that went unanswered.
A lot of complaints found against the firm when conducting a search after already hiring them.
Brandenburg-Rees "represented" me during my divorce. I was in no state of mind to be making life changing decisions. I was depending on my attorney to look out for my best interest. Their incompetent staff documented I had a $6000 income when I had $0. James stared at the floor while my exs attorney told me my ex had spent enough money on me during our 27 yrs of marriage. Jackie, who had no business saying anything, told me if it was a matter of $40,000 it wasn't worth it. Sean was indifferent and really didn't care. Ed didn't have a clue 3/4 the time. I was being harassed and tormented by my ex and wasn't in a good place. I was bounced around between Ed, James, and Sean. I was depending on Ed to help me, to look out for my best interest. They failed miserably. Their service wasn't worth one penny but they charged me $10,000. At the start, I was told my son owed them $2000 and I'd have to pay his debt before they'd represent me. My desperate mistake. Their incompetence.
