Hired Attorney Deidre Baumann

BEWARE! Baumann is a disappointment. I'm a former client who continues to be damaged by her neglect and deception for failing to produce any work as promised. She stole money from me and despite agreeing in writing to refund me in full she's fighting me in court on a bogus quantum merit claim. She is a fraud and cheat. I have evidence she has damaged several clients - causing more harm than any of the defendant(s) she was hired to litigate against. Like others, she spent my client funds & time campaigning for judge instead of working my case because she is a poor lawyer, lazy & only want a judicial seat for qualified immunity to escape accountability. She's a self-serving danger and threat to society. Research her history. You'll find that the Chicago & Illinois Bar Associations ranked her as incompetent and "not qualified." https://www.injusticewatch.org/judges/judicial-elections/2. These are facts. The ARDC is hiding complaint(s) made against her.

Hired Attorney Deidre Baumann

Deidre Baumann has no compassion nor understanding of human dignity, pain & suffering. She puts on a pretense of caring & didn't care enough to answer emails regarding false documents used as exhibit by defendant at trial. She has no business running for a position of Judge in Cook County... she is destined to hurt more and more people as time passes. I have multiple sclerosis, the stress she created in my life worsened symptoms. She hurt me more then the defendant who sold me the mold house.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
