Amber Konow represents clients in a wide range of personal injury matters, with a focus on cases involving abuse and neglect in nursing homes and medical malpractice.
Amber gained significant experience in medical malpractice cases in her work with a previous firm, where she advocated for victims of medical errors and their families. In all areas of her practice, she works diligently to seek justice for her clients. As a result, she has obtained multiple notable settlements on their behalf, including $1.7 million in a complex medical malpractice case, and $1 million and $750,000 in separate wrongful death and medical malpractice matters.
Amber understands how difficult it can be for clients to file a complaint after they or a loved one has been injured, and she prioritizes her clients’ needs and their overall wellbeing while guiding them through the litigation process.
A former volunteer for the Family Law & Domestic Violence Legal Clinic in Chicago, Amber brought this same sensitivity to helping the organization handle landlord-tenant disputes under the Violence Against Women Act and The Safe Homes Act. Amber assisted clients who needed to prematurely break their lease due to domestic violence incidents.
A native of Frankfort, Ill., Amber enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and rock climbing. She joined Levin & Perconti as an associate attorney in 2020.
