The previous review is 102% true.. althea welsh is total joke and she makes life miserable for those who want to report bad apple lawyers... she acts as if she owed the law and worse of all you can't challenge her decisions... talk about democracy in usa... and she is part of crappy IL supreme court who does not care like her about giving justice to the victims... creates culture of impunity to say the least... once your case gets rejected, even if it's bona fide black and white, shot and open case... no matter how many appeals you make, she wont open it because of her ego... and you will be afraid to do new cases, knowing you will waste time and money for nothing. There is internal investigation how she makes her decision, but that is total joke too. They only investigate one aspect of the case, not logic behind Welsh's unjust decisions!!! Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of Illinois is total joke like Althea Welsh, all are only good to be dumped into garbage!!!

Althea Welsh is disgusting, UNFAIR individual... SHE HAS HUGE EGO, SHE NEEDS TO RETIRE IMMEDIATELY! It's pathetic how IL attorney disciplinary board only has Welsh to make final decisions... & when you want to appeal her stupidity you have to go thru her, that's like Taliban putting Taliban on trial = not guilty 100%. There was this poor man named Lupco... attorney from hell Timothy Michael Murphy screwed him by not doing what was paid for: filing lawsuit against cook county jail for overstay... encyclopediasupreme.org/timmurphyshittyattorney/ but time after time Althea Welsh refused to look into anything, she did not even give Lupco 10 days to properly reply and her parallegal Theresa just blindly follows her boss. It's impossible to have anything done with Welsh... her predecessor always accepted cases on appeals but not her. There was even internal investigation of this case. Started by Wanda from IL supreme court (she also does not care) but investigation was bothed as expected!
