Hired Law Firm

Horrible experience. He set up my dad’s will, so we chose to continue with his services after my dad died. This man literally did nothing. We called this man for two years so we could close one checking account. After obtaining the paperwork to close the checking account, we found that the trust was never set up. The only upside was, he didn’t charge us. please do not come here. Also, his staff are some of the rudest people you will ever meet.

Hired Attorney Richard Gerardi

We were closing on a property that he has responsible for and he had almost ZERO responsiveness which caused us to delay closing multiple times. Furthermore, he was unable to do simple tasks including producing a title commitment which also delayed closing. It was awful dealing with him.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
