He helped to get the guardianship papers for my ageing mother, and also completed her will. He was clear and efficient.
I hired him for help with my EEOC case a few years ago. He was AWFUL! First, he refused to tell me what his fee would be even after I asked point-blank. By the time I found him, I was desperate because no lawyers in Cheyenne would take an EEOC racial bias case. Turns out, I knew more about the rules and laws of EEOC litigation than he did. I had to tell him how to do his job. In the end, I won the case, but I turned down the settlement because I refused to be quiet about what Verizon did to me. But Kingston was clearly not a very good EEOC lawyer. I would NOT recommend him.
