His expertise in tax sales / tax deeds, sales contracts, and negotiation skills for a win / win transaction is the best I have ever encountered. Mr. Shuck was retained to settle the Estate of a deceased family member that had thirteen heirs scattered across the United States and overseas, not one being a resident of Wyoming. He tackled this challenge with dogged determination and efficiency, knowing full well the implications a case such as this presented. The professionalism and expediency portrayed by Brian and his staff was truly the bright spot in the loss of our loved one. Highly recommended!
