Perspective clients,{para}I am a an active duty military officer and can literally say that Jeffrey Bloom is the most professional, accommodating, pro-active and intelligent person I have dealt with in terms of business relationships. An on-line review which is limited to 500 words can not possibly depict Jeffrey Bloom's professionalism, but I would like to stress that perspective clients will have a true advocate and "expert" on their side if they choose to go with Jeffrey Bloom!
