Hired Attorney

John Chakan is no longer an associate at Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C. but appears to be a sole practitioner in Newburgh. He is unresponsive to phone calls and emails. He does not follow through with promised actions. He disappeared for 3 months while he was sypposed to be handling a matter for me.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
