Jack A. Kramer is a partner at the Allen Law Group, where he focuses his practice on medical negligence cases involving catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. He has handled mass tort litigation, including cases involving defective drugs, and was part of the legal team that prosecuted and successfully negotiated a major multi-district litigation (MDL) resolution encompassing thousands of claims.
Mr. Kramer achieved a record-setting $25.8 million verdict against a hospital laboratory that failed to deliver a patient’s lab results to the ordering physician, resulting in catastrophic injury and reduced life expectancy. Over the course of his 30-year career, he has tried numerous cases to verdict and secured millions of dollars in settlements on behalf of his clients.
