Garbage Company owned by momons! They are presenting trying to dump 20 offices to Beltone but karma caught up with their shanagins!!! They have been harassing a terminally ill cancer patient Les "Bud" Winget into his grave. They have viciously pursued him and his family through courts in two states for 6 years over non-compete just to purposely create evil in their lives. They pretend to be mormons but only worship dead presidents!! Couple of magic p
If I could give less than 1 star I would.. My attorney left this company as she was working on my case and how I found out was I happened to phone there and was told by the receptionist. I was then informed my case was forwarded to another attorney Jim. {para}The company was so unprofessional my previous attorney, the receptionist or Jim didn't bother to call me and tell me about the changes. I called and left several voice messages for Jim to return my calls. I had more conversations with the receptionist than Jim. He finally called and apologized for being super busy and he would call me tomorrow which he didn't then he emails a few days later explaining again how super busy he was and he will call me tomorrow. He didn't call so I called the receptionist again and she said recalled sending me a letter in the mail. I got the letter the next day.{para}It was a letter from Jim saying he wasn't going to work on my case. Keep in mind he and the firm were aware of time restraints due to a right to sue letter. So my advice is to stay away from this unprofessional company. As I was searching for another attorney I let them all read Jim's letter and they all had the same opinion saying as a fellow attorney how rude and unprofessional his letter and his acts were. Glad I found another attorney who is more interested in working on my case than Jim who's main interest was excuse making, playing phone tag and lying So take my advice and stay clear of this company and lawyer JIM NOWOGROCKI cause he is very unprofessional and will be too busy to call you to discuss your case.
