In searching for an attorney to handle my matters, I needed someone who was sensitive to my given circumstances and not condescending or judgmental. Mr. Ware fits that description perfectly. His strong sense of faith and compassion are a welcome quality to the legal field. Very few attorneys exude that. An added plus was the outcome of my matters, both ended in my favor!! Hire Someone Else — Not Mr. Ware! Mr. Ware did the bare minimum for my case. He failed to fully explain the details of my plea deal before court and only revealed important information afterward, leaving me no opportunity to seek other representation. He also dismissed my entrapment concerns instead of addressing them directly. Throughout the process, I felt misled and unsupported. He showed little empathy, offered no real guidance, and treated the case more like a transaction than genuine representation. If you want an attorney who is honest, thorough, and willing to advocate for your claims, I would not recommend Mr. Ware. Hire someone else

William Ware was hired for multiple Matters. In each matter, William Ware was unresponsive, missed filing deadlines, and failed to submit evidence. My son still rats in the hospital because William Ware took $7500 and never wrote a single letter of appearance. William Ware advertises himself as an attorney for sexual assault and abuse, yet he took a guardianship case that had a $100 million price tag. When William Ware knew he had no guardianship experience. William Ware also shared confidential records with the attorney on the other side of one of the cases and failed to honor the attorney. Client privilege or confidentiality. This was the worst experience I ever had because there was such a sense of disrespect, carelessness, disregard for human life, and William Ware as far as circulating inappropriate photographs. The list goes on. It appears from the reviews that if someone rapes or beats a victim, William Ware is your guy. He seems to like to defend cold blooded criminals.

William Ware was evasive, failed to return calls, and submit it no evidence at the conclusion of my matter. Most of the reviews here are from sex offenders, and those who have committed major crimes. In my matter, Mr. Ware actually cut a deal with the defendant, the sex, offender himself, leaving me the victim who his client without evidence and without proper representation. The danger and damages caused by William Ware cannot be expressed in this document. William Ware left my family at risk of death, William Ware left my family without protection. William Ware left my family in imminent danger. I would not recommend William Ware ever … if you are a victim.
