I couldn't have hired a better lawyer than Dan to help me close a deal and sign the lease for a coffee shop in Manhattan. His level of communication, his availability at any time i needed and the ability to translate legal terms, was comprehensive and insightful. Especially during COVID times when I needed help and even though all communication was done online, he was on top of what needed to be done. He worked with me and my family also in 2020 to close a real estate/mortgage contract and we were extremely satisfied with his job so we decided to hire his services again. Overall, he listens to what the client wants and most importantly fights for it. I extremely recommend him and there is no lawyer i would work with for commercial or real estate, other than Dan. Thanks for everything! and hope to see you at the coffee shop!!!
Attorney Daniel Levine has gone above and beyond with the work proposed related to real estate in this case. He’s been professional and responsive on a regular basis.
Dan assisted me with the purchase of a co-op apartment in Manhattan. As a first-time homebuyer, I had lots of questions. Dan was available every step of the way and always very accessible and a great help. He provided excellent service at a reasonable price
The real estate closing was very difficult due to this being an estate sale. Daniel Levine made this process as easy as possible dealing with all the issues that arose in a competent and professional manner. He helped my family bring closure to the loss of my sister. I highly recommend Daniel to handle any real estate transactions you may have.
