I was very pleased with my experience with Mr. Wegman. During initial discussions, he was succinct yet thorough. During our discussion, he ensured I fully understood all options available, the possible outcomes, how to target the most-desired result, and how to handle ramifications. He worked with me through the entire process, including helping me through post-trial activities. I am grateful for his help, his professionalism, his approachability - and most importantly for his results!

Mr. Wegman provided the expertise and reassurance during his representation of my case. I am very grateful for the outcome and the way in which he advocated for me. His professionalism did not supersede his approachability. For me, that was a huge bonus. I highly recommend Mr. Wegman's legal services.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Wegman is a very experienced attorney, and he gives 100%! He is an attorney who does his homework and he is NOT afraid to challenge an issue when it comes to defending his clients. He communicates with his clients every step of the way, and he is passionate about what he does. Mr. Wegman doesn't quit until the verdict has been rendered. Also, his fees are reasonable, and his services are worth every penny!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
