Richard M. Schlaifer has over 32 years of experience in diverse areas of practice with an emphasis on general business representation, real estate, estate planning, estate litigation, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and family law. He has both major firm experience and smaller firm experience, enabling him to represent both large corporate clients as well as smaller business clientele in a wide variety of matters.
