UNETHICAL!! I did an intake with this law firm a week ago. I got a call today from one of the "Partners" stating she had some additional questions for me. I immediately told her the Physican and Practice Group, she continued with very in depth questions, why do you feel Dr So and So did this, where is it considered malpractice, etc This was a 25 minute call.. At the end of the call she states she would run in by the "Partners" but she doesn't think they would consider it because her firm uses doctors from the exact group (she started naming 4-5 Doctors by name as if she breaks bread with them). I feel duped as if she just wanted more information about my potential case since the firms uses that same group of doctors as expert witnesses. She even told me to start looking for doctors up north. Why would she ask so many questions when she knew it could be a conflict of interest. SHADY!!!
