I had a deeply troubling experience with Ms. Morgan at Fendrick and Morgan as she created a new will that removed me, leaving my sister as the sole heir to my mother's assets. The Burlington County Court declared this will to be invalid due to undue influence. The heartbreak me and my family felt was enormous when I learned Ms. Morgan revised my dying mother's will to completely cut me out. The new will was drafted 9 days before my mother passed away. She was heavily medicated but deemed capable of making a life altering decision. Ms. Morgan revised the will based on a false allegation from my sister (the sole beneficiary under the new will) that could have been easily disproven with public records. A local attorney had previously declined to make changes to the existing will, yet Fendrick and Morgan proceeded. In my view, these actions reflect poor judgment and raise serious ethical questions. I strongly recommend avoiding Fendrick and Morgan. I stand firmly by my account.
Horrible Experience with this firm. No communication as to what is going on with my case. If you call to find out, they immediately send you a bill. They have repeatedly screwed up paperwork and delayed settlement. This firm is a great example why people dislike attorneys!
