Mike is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and personable. We've had quite a few issues that were complicated and sensitive. Throughout each of these matters Mike maintained constant communication, clearly identified each of the issues, concerns, and options and always demonstrated a level of confidence that gave us the assurance we were in very good hands. The quality of his work and worth ethic is exemplary; he has consistently achieved positive results for our company.
Zulfia Corrigan is an exceptional attorney. I rarely write reviews but she deserves one. Zulfia assisted me with a very complicated case where the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act came into play among many other issues. She was highly organized and worked diligently under a tight timeline. Her work ethic and attention to detail were admirable. I highly recommend Zulfia.
VERY REASONABLY PRICED.
Initial meetings with Brad went great and he instilled a feeling of trust that he was going to deliver. After i paid him was when everything turned into a nightmare. He ghosted me and it got so bad that i thought he was dead or something happened to the guy. After 2 years of constant emails and phone calls he contacts me out of nowhere and apologizes and promises a big discount and that he would deliver on all points. Even in my upset state i decided to forgive and give the guy a second chance but he ends up disappearing on me again! I had to contact his firms Managing Partner and report him and I received a partial refund and no apology from him. Please do not work with Brad Shalit and spend your money elsewhere.
I have been working with Mr. Brad Shalit who was recommended to me by my financial advisors since 10/6/15 in an attempt to set up an LLC for my family trust.. I have paid him nearly $40,000.00 in fees for a very simple trust that involved only publicly held stock and bonds. Mr. Shalit was chronically late in completing the necessary actions and I still do NOT have the trust completed. This despite repeated calls and emails.This is the poorest, most unprofessional service I have ever experienced.
