Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and United States District Court in 1999, Mr. Malamut established himself as a reliable and reputable attorney, who zealously advocates for his clients.
Early in his career, Mr. Malamut earned recognition for his success as a trial attorney, both in criminal defense, as well as plaintiff civil matters. This recognition and success made Mr. Malamut a highly sought after attorney, by individuals, companies, and governmental agencies seeking counsel in a variety of areas, including but not limited to Redevelopment Agreements, Election Law, Labor and Employment Law, Workers’ Compensation, Business Development, Land Use, Procurement, Public Finance, Solid Waste, Utilities, Administrative and Regulatory action and enforcement, and Education Law.
Mr. Malamut has been appointed and served as Municipal Hearing Officer, Public Defender, and Prosecutor in more than fifteen (15) municipalities. In addition, he has, and continues to represent dozens of authorities, municipalities, and counties; as well as, advise elected officials at all levels of government.

Perhaps his proudest award is Mr. Malamut’s 2015 prestigious Civil Rights Award from the Willingboro and Vicinity Chapter of the NAACP.
