Tom grew up in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and was a graduate of LaSalle High School in 1982 and Gettysburg College in 1986. He joined a public accounting firm following college and passed the certification requirements to become a CPA (Certified Public Accountant). After three years in general accounting, Tom worked in Internal Audit for three more years for an international manufacturing company. With six years in accounting, Tom felt a strong desire to follow in his family’s law tradition and became a third generation lawyer graduating from Villanova University School of Law in 1996. While attending law school, Tom clerked for the Honorable James R. Melinson of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, he began his career as a trial lawyer alongside his uncle, Dan Thistle, Sr. seeking justice for those who were catastrophically injured through no fault of their own. In 2006, Tom obtained his Master’s degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law.
An accomplished trial lawyer, Tom has achieved numerous outstanding results for his clients. He focuses his trial skills representing individuals seriously or fatally injured due to the negligence of others whether caused by medical error, product defects, motor vehicle accidents, defective property conditions or the like.
Outside of his work, Tom loves to spend time with his wife and three beautiful daughters in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. An active member of the community, Tom coached his daughters in all of the local sports and is an active member of the Knights of Columbus aiding in their numerous charitable endeavors.
