Hannah is a private wealth lawyer who specialises in advising internationally mobile high net worth clients on a broad range of issues.

She has particular expertise in tax planning for UK resident but non-UK domiciled individuals and their families, including in relation to inheritance tax, income tax, capital gain tax, the establishment and taxation of trusts, remittance planning, succession planning and the application of double tax treaties. Hannah advises UK-based individuals and trusts on tax matters, including inheritance tax. She also advises on all aspects of estate and succession planning, including drafting pre- and post- nuptial agreements, wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, post-death variations of wills and in relation to challenges brought against wills and the deceased's estate.
