my immigration case is all complicated because of the lack of interest and professionalism of this lawyer and his team. In applying my citizenship they got it wrong on essential things and now I have to spend it with another lawyer to fix the mistake. Another problem and his secretary even threatens to call the police and makes threats if we charge results of the process. I have friends by indication of my own that they're in the same situation.
