About Michael Bowser, Jr.

Attorney Bowser has successfully defended hundreds of cases for clients charged with drunk driving, commonly referred to as Operating Under the Influence (OUI) in Massachusetts and Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) in New Hampshire. Hired Attorney Michael Bowser, Jr.

I was in a very bad spot and feeling hopeless. I had been charged with OUI 3rd, which is a felony, and thought it was the end. I had hired Attorney Bowser before in NH and luckily he also is a lawyer in Mass. His office staff and co-attorneys were always professional and when things seemed at their worst, he spelled everything out. Even though this was a very serious charge I knew going in multiple possible outcomes and that helped things seem manageable. My case was dismissed and while I never want to have the need to hire an attorney again, I would recommend Mike confidently to anyone who asks. Thank you.
