I was happy with Mr. Vallone's services and would recommend him to other people. He also handled the buying of my house 5 years ago.
documents hostage, not returning them or answering calls. When someone took off work to pick them up, no one showed. Took months to get them back. I don't think I have ever had a professional interaction with anyone, in any capacity, this horrible. Don't even consider this guy. I was about to report him to the state when we finally got the documents he refused to act on back in our hands.
The office staff is very unprofessional. I arrived for a noon appointment at 11:50am on February 4th and we weren't actually seen by Gary until 1:35pm, after given excuse after excuse as to why Gary was late. While waiting in the office, Charlene and the other office staff were complaining about other clients and all the work they needed to do. Their is NO CONFIDENTIALITY with this office staff. Then I waited a month as I didn't hear a thing about the estate to see what I needed to do, and with each phone call nobody would know a thing, so they said Gary would call me...again crickets. When I finally spoke to Gary , we set up an appointment as he acknowledged that his office didn't do a thing for the estate. Then called the next day cancelling the appointment and said that someone would be in contact. After speaking to someone else, I finally had an appointment and GOT NOTHING DONE!! After 6 months, I have gotten more done with my new lawyer than this office. HORRENDOUS. GO ELSEWHERE!!
