Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Mary Moore is an exceptional defense attorney who combines unmatched legal expertise with genuine care for her clients. From the start, she was professional, thorough, and deeply committed to my case. Her communication was clear, responsive, and reassuring, ensuring I felt informed every step of the way. If you need a brilliant, compassionate, and relentless advocate, Mary Moore is the best choice.
It is without hesitation that I would recommend Mary Sullivan Moore for legal representation. She was honest and straightforward in our communications. She is intelligent, well-spoken and respectful in the courtroom and above all to her clients. I was more that pleased with her service.
Ms. Mary did a really great job as a public defender for my dui case in which i was wrongfully charged . She was very thorough and informative throughout the whole process. My case was dismissed. I am Very grateful.
Do NOT hire her!!! She gets your money then tell you that the money you paid her is for her not for her to fight your case. She even charges you for her to get to and from court or to speak with her client. She came in after us firing a public defender only to get more time offered. Just wish I would have listened to the reviews before giving her my hard earned money! 7000$ gone to waste on top of all the bills
Better off with a public defender to be honest. She will give you the bare minimum. Will literally ask for a review on Google then worry about your case ! Will treat you like customer more than a client. Once you hire her she will only make empty promises. I wouldn’t hire for anything any less defend you in court. Just talking from personal experience. Please don’t make this mistake if you plan on hiring her!
In my opinion, I have personally never seen such continued incompetence in dealing with a professional in my life. We retained Ms. Moore the first week of December to close out an uncontested divorce that was literally two weeks from finalizing before the judge. In initial consult, Ms. Moore promised to seek damages which the previous attorney had chosen to not pursue. All the things we had desired, but weren’t getting from the mediation agreement that Ms. Moore promised confidently she would seek! (Until I paid the retainer.) We then went weeks with little, to no communication, all the promises offered now turning to excuses. Sheer incompetence by her and her paralegal came out in many conversations, with correspondence from us regularly, and conveniently misplaced and forgotten about. Ms. Moore was continually condescending, belittling and deeply abrasive with no provocation.{para}This case which was in the last two weeks of completion before, is now six months in, post retaining Ms. Moore. In this entire time, only one motion was ever filed to the court, which Ms. Moore filed improperly mind you. When finally in front of the judge on this “Motion Monday,” with all parties present, Ms. Moore not only failed to bring the proper paperwork before him, she utterly choked in attempting to state our side of the case. Her utter lack of any preparation before this hearing not only had the opposing counsel grinning from ear to ear, but had the Judge dismissing her out of the courtroom without addressing the Motion before him. This “bulldog” of a litigator, as so would be described, was put down to that of a whimpering puppy before the Judge.{para}If that is not bad enough, 24 hours after completely self destructing before the court, she had the nerve to tell us our $3200 retainer was not only used up, but that her client was now owing an additional $2500+, PLUS an additional $3000 retainer to carry on!!!?
Needless to say, Mary Sullivan Moore has since been fired, and replaced with more competent counsel without hesitation. {para}I would NOT recommend this attorney to anyone, at any time, for any service.
