Our attorneys are skilled at mediation and advocate alternative dispute resolution when it is in our client's best interest, standing ready at every step to dedicate the firm's experience and resources to the aggressive pursuit of courtroom rulings.

Our members believe that excellence in legal representation requires not only mastery of the law, but also knowledge of the businesses and industries in which our clients work every day. To this end, they regularly conduct seminars, help employers develop in-house protocols to protect against legal challenges, and provide up to date information on relevant decisions and complex changes in regulations. The firm's goal is to provide clients with strategies and resources to help resolve business challenges and prevent pitfalls.

With hundreds of years of combined experience in litigation and mediation, our members have developed an excellent rapport with officials of administrative agencies and familiarity with their practices.
