Ted Milburn to the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals by President Ronald Reagan. Timothy W. Conner and Pamela B. Johnson were both appointed by Governor Bill Haslam to the Tennessee Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and to the Tennessee Court of Workers’ Compensation Claims, respectively.
