Mr. Johnny D. Houston, Jr.

I faced a serious criminal charge arising from an argument with a close family member. I was worried that it would ruin my record and my employment. I have a great job in another state. Johnny represented me in a case involving an outstanding warrant for worthless checks. Another attorney had advised me I would need to turn myself in for booking and he would then help me in court. Now here's a man who follows through w/ his plan - Johnny Houston. I hired Mr. Houston to defend me on a DUI-2nd. He worked w/ me directly and fought for me like crazy. He knows the law/system and is a strong advocate for your rights. It sounds like the prior reviewer wasn't going to be happy absent a complete exoneration. In the end my case went to trial and I was found not guilty. All thanks to Mr. Houston. B/c of his unquestionable commitment and passion, I highly recommend Mr. Houston.

He never calls to communicate with his clients, doesn't return calls, charged 2000.00 for appearing in gen sessions with the knowledge it was going to be bound over; price quoted was to be flat rate--attempted to get amount for additional fee and never got results until the day before court; asked for 3500.00 to be paid BY the next day or he would not appear. He has very questionable practices and is also a judge in Red bank, TN. I feel for anyone that stands before OR hires him for defense.
