MY MOM AND I CONTACTED MR HENRY'S OFFICE FOR A REAL ESTATE QUESTION. WE SPOKE FIRST TO THE PARALEGAL WHO TOLD US THAT OUR QUESTIONS WERE EASY AND COULD BE ANSWERED OVER THE PHONE. I SPENT AROUND 5 MINUTES ON THE PHONE WITH MR HENRY AND 3 DAYS LATER GOT A BILL FOR $50.00. I WAS NEVER INFORMED THERE WAS A CHARGE FOR A 5 MINUTE PHONE CALL AND FELT THIS AMOUNT WAS UNFAIR. AND AFTER CONTACTING TO IRS THE INFORMATION I WAS GIVEN WASNT EVEN CORRECT. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS EXPERIENCE.
