I would not recommend any one for Mr. Epstein's office because I feel as though he could have charged me a little less considering I am married with 1 child and the only one in the home working. I was not making very much money and Mr. Epstein thought it would be better or "the only option" for me to file a 13. I felt as though he could have lowered his fee and I would have been able to file a 7. I don't own anything of value (ie, no home, or assets) and only had 12,000.00 in debt with.

Made fun of me and my debt and openly joked with the opposing side about my student loan debt,and the fact that I received social security disability benefits as though I was faking. Even after the US government discharged 40,000 in student loans because of the severity of my disabilities, I still am badly in debt, struggling every month, and for the past two months have had to go without necessary medication. If you're disabled stay far away! He even allowed me to overpay my insurance by 200 a month for 10 years. Mr. Epstein needs to follow through on commitments and promises to clients. Mr. Epstein needs to be more ehtical in his advertising practices. He can NOT "erase debtin 48 hours" as advertised it is not possible. Mr. Epstein needs to understand that when people pay him to do a job, he needs to follow it to it's completion. Mr. Epstein needs to direct his staff to return calls. This was a most unpleasant stressful undertaking with this attorney. I indeed did not get a fresh start!!!
