This attorney recently represented a case I had in pittsylvania County circuit Court, I was not impressed with the communication; however when we went into the court room this man did his job thoroughly! He was clearly knowledgeable about my case, gave great advice what to say as well as what not to say. The disposition was much better then I could have even asked for.
This man is a fraud! I would not recommend him. He is pretending to practice law in a subject that he is not qualified for. Will be reported to the bar for this shady behavior. Please do your homework on this man. He makes it very difficult to leave reviews.
As a court appointed attorney, he totally lied to us and has still done nothing regarding my fiance's appeals. The plaintiff in this case knowingly committed perjury. However, from what I've experienced in regards to Chatham General & Circuit District Courthouses is they DON'T punish the people that commit perjury. On more than one occasion this has occurred and is reprehensible. The commonwealth really needs to be investigated. William Meyer refuses to contact me back regarding the appeals process which he has done nothing to follow through with my fiance's legal rights. As well a Pittsylvania County Judge, in February of 2023 allowed the secretary of the Gretna Village Apartments in Gretna VA to commit purjery resulting in the unlawful evictions of numerous families.
