For 3 years he sat on the case and do NOTHING to the point of almost getting my case thrown out because I wasn't told, by Mr. Berkowitz and his law firm, that I had a court date.{para}He even had the nerve to ask if he should sue because he had a hernia operation also. I said NO because the end result of his hernia operation wasn't the loss of a testicle.{para}I later learned that him and the surgeon who had botched my surgery were family friends.
