Miller Law Group, P.C. is a law firm established in 1990 with an office in Charlottesville, VA. At this office location, there are 7 lawyers practicing bankruptcy law, estate planning law, real estate law and 16 other areas of law.
Thank you to the courteous and positive Miller Legal Support Team: Victoria Jackson, and Alfred Wilson. As I dropped in for consultation, they both went out of their way to listen to my Warrant of Debt questions, and gave me a very helpful legal reference.....with no charge! I was amazed by their compassionate attitude. So rare (to me) at a Law Firm.
We were facing foreclosure on our house after my husband losing his jobs and we had no place to go if this happened. I called for a consultation and received a call back from Alfred within a hour who was dealing with his own personal issue.Alfred talked with me and helped settle my nerves and said "everything is going to be okay" We meet with him and his staff. Everyone in the office through the process was fantastic, pleasant and took care of us like family. We highly recommend this legal firm!
This Firm had the most knowledgeable staff and Attorney I have ever met with in regards to bankruptcy. They all treated me as if my problem was different and special to them. I was about to loss my house but they stopped the foreclosure in less then one day. They then helped me obtain a loan modification and they also was able to get rid of my second mortgage. This Firm is truly a Firm that cares and is truly the place you should go. Great place. I just want to say thank you Miller Law Group.

I went to Miller law group for bankruptcy I thought they would have my back but I left them the same way I came in in debt even after my bankruptcy was discharge. They gave me wrong information which lead me to the debt I have now. There is no communication between the staff
Very unprofessional lawyer that rarely would respond or follow up with you, was also always forgetful or dismissive.
