Hired Attorney Bettye Commander

Stephanie Commander was the attorney I have ever witnessed. She never had a clue what was going on in my son’s case, she didn’t seem to care at all, was completely non responsive to any emails, never answered her phone, her voicemail is full so no messages could be left, she refused to subpoena a soul after promising to countless times, never prepared for court, etc. I petitioned to have her removed from my son’s case and she showed up for court anyway. She is clueless to the point that I question if she even knows what planet she resides upon. Stay away!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
