About Zachary M. Moretz

Zac is a founding partner and leads Moretz, Karb and Gelwicks Real Estate, Community Associations and Business Law practice group. He is a Certified Specialist in Commercial Real Estate Law by the North Carolina State Bar, and is also a licensed real estate broker in both North and South Carolina. He is a member of the Community Associations Institute and of the Legislative Committee of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Real Property section.

Zac is a native of Sanford, North Carolina and is a graduate of Ravenscroft High School in Raleigh, Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, and Wake Forest University School of Law.

Hired Attorney

Zac Moretz and his professional team assisted us with a commercial real estate transaction that involved several parties and was further complicated by an environmental issue and a short sale. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and assisted us in completing a transaction that could have easily fallen apart. I would recommend their services to any person or company in need of assistance with a real estate transaction.
