Sometimes it took a little longer than my patience appreciated to get in touch with Mr. Smith personally, but that seemed to be the case with other attorneys I've dealt with in the past. Very personable and understanding once I did get in touch. Had a family law case. He is all about the CHILD winning. So, if you are still upset and/or like to play dirty to get back at an ex, he won't co-sign with the drama. My outcome was fair and my children are taken care of. That's what matters! #HappyClient

He was late to court 3x and the last date i ended up handling it myself with the DA. He shows up as they were going to lunch. I spent 750.00 for nothing.

Mr. Smith or his Assistant are bad about responding to phone calls or emails. He tries to talk you into NOT going to Court and resolve things between the parties before . He does not take the time to really know your case before Court and then makes mistakes that can not be recalled after its done. Very poor Communication in the Office.
