Tia was fantastic throughout my case! We not only came to a reasonable agreement, but she was very good at explaining things to me and always keeping the children's interests first. I can't imagine what these previous people are talking about, but I can tell you that there are a lot of bitter people when it comes to divorce who can't be pleased no matter what. My ex was one of those. I'm glad I had Tia on my side.
Repeats everything you say, takes no action, does not know the family law. Waste of time
Absolutely one of the worse lawyers in not only Charlotte, but the country. Does not care about the child. Shows favoritism towards certain parents. If there is a problem, does not address the problem and only racks in the money. Does not follow her own direction.
She is terrible. Will not return urgent phone calls. Simply does not know the law or just doesn't want to fight for you. She much prefers to argue and try to settle out of court so that she doesn't have to do any real work and still get paid. Avoid avoid avoid. If you hire her I promise you that you will regret it. The price may look nice but more expensive (and better) attorneys will cost you a lot less money in the long run. She is honestly the absolute worst and botched my case so badly I wonder how she sleeps at night. Clearly all she cares about is the money. Again, avoid avoid avoid.
