Hired Attorney

This experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was consistently poor, with long stretches of silence and unanswered messages. When responses did come, the tone was often arrogant and dismissive rather than professional or collaborative. I had significant concerns about billing transparency and clarity. Requests for explanation were met with resistance instead of straightforward answers. In addition, there was constant staff turnover, and the team assigned to my matter frequently appeared inexperienced and unfamiliar with basic details, causing repeated explanations and unnecessary delays. I was also struck by how strained the professional dynamics appeared to be. Interactions suggested a lack of respect and cooperation from others involved in the process, which reflected poorly on the firm and negatively affected my confidence in how my matter was being handled. Overall, the firm felt disorganized, unresponsive, and indifferent to client concerns. Proceed with caution.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
