About Michael D. Baglino

Michael focuses his practice on a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on sophisticated real estate finance matters. He represents major investment banks, debt funds, REITs, and other institutional lenders in the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans secured by office, multifamily, retail, mixed-use, industrial, and hospitality properties throughout the United States. His experience spans all aspects of real estate finance, including bridge and permanent financings, as well as routinely structuring loans for securitization and other capital markets executions.

Michael’s experience also includes representing real estate owners, developers, and investors in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial real estate assets.
