Hired Law Firm

I've used Maloney Law on more than one occasion. I am a repeat customer but not a litigious person by nature. Separation of service is not fun and I have been provided sound advise during some very difficult professional times.

Hired Law Firm

Just like the other reviewer said, I met with them and was given bad legal advice. Then they had me do all of this work for no reason. I might as well have gone and thrown $1000 off of a bridge. Then, after calling multiple times, they refused to have any concern for me and wouldn't even get back to me or return my calls. No respect for their clients, rude staff, and bad business. Would not recommend.

Hired Law Firm

I had to contact the law firm on multiple occasions to check the status of my case and to get work completed. Even after contacting the firm they still showed no interest in being my advocate against my employer regarding my Civil Rights.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
