Still waiting to go to court, but earn our phone conversation. I was very impressed with Mr. Saint Alban and he came at me in a way that was very respectful. He listened to me. He was very professional seem like a courtroom brawler and made a reasonable pricing that I could afford and work with me on payment if we had to go to superior I highly recommend this Lawyer out of every lawyer I’ve contacted on different sites. None of them respond or they have ridiculous prices in the tens of thousands of dollars, but Mr. St Aubin is completely different. He is for the people and he is for you and I hear that he will win cases no matter what he is the Lawyer you want on your side based on what I have seen so far still waiting to go to court and waiting to see what outcome he can get me.

Jason represented me along side one of his colleagues, Miranda Mills. Jason not only knows the law but was able to bring up references to the laws on the fly to produce in court. His assistance was vital in getting a not guilty verdict on charges that could have landed me in prison for 50+ years. My family and I are grateful for his help.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
