Doug has helped me over the years sort out several issues and currently advising me and wife thru an issue we have with our General contractor and getting our home to completion. Doug is knowledgeable, shoots straight, flexible and not just out to take our hard earned money.

Hired Law Firm

When I would call with a question it would be day before my call was returned. I had a court date about a credit card they didn't go with me and I had a judgement put on me which is still on my credit report today.

We encourage clients to email, rather than call, for faster responses. We do not attend court proceedings outside of the bankruptcy case. If a client has a judgment on their credit, that can be removed if they would notify us of the problem.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
