Engaging with this attorney has been an incredibly frustrating and disheartening experience. The sheer lack of professionalism and basic communication skills exhibited by this individual has left me feeling helpless and unsupported during a time when I need reliable legal counsel the most. It is deeply distressing that my husband, who has been incarcerated since 2020, has had the misfortune of enduring a series of completely fruitless visits with this attorney. Each interaction has been fraught with broken promises and a distinct absence of any meaningful progress or proactive representation. One of the most concerning aspects of this attorney's incompetence is the complete lack of a stable address, phone number and email. Which has raised doubts about his commitment to his clients. I would advise against the meaningless representation.
Mr. Bach, does not respond to his clients. He does not do what his clients ask of him. He does not keep family informed. He is rude and has no clue what he is doing while representing someone with homicide charges. A man has been locked up for almost 2 years and Mr. Bach has yet to secure a court date and has yet to hire a private investigator nor has he ordered any transcripts. He very rarely visits his clients and when he does it’s not even worth it because he comes at count and has no knew in
