Disappointed with Representation and Communication I hired Elizabeth Carlene Dantism for a child-custody matter and was very disappointed with the experience. Communication was poor—my calls and messages often went unanswered, and I rarely received timely updates on the status of my case. Several important items were filed late or nearly late, with repeated explanations about technical problems (computer, internet, printer, AC, etc.). These delays increased my stress and made me lose confidence in the handling of my case. I also felt my case did not receive the necessary attention. Basic tasks took longer than expected, and discussions about how my evidence would be handled left me uncomfortable and unclear about the plan. Meanwhile, I was frequently reminded about payments without seeing corresponding progress. Based on my experience, I would not hire this attorney again.
