Through the last several months my company has to utilize the advice and expertise of Mr. Ham and we have been very satisfied. Mr. Ham is very timely in his responses and he is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to North Carolina Law. I have worked with other attorney's in a similar capacity in the past and I can tell you Mr. Ham has exceeded expectations.
I'm glad I chose Ed Ham to represent me in a difficult case involving an a complicated adversary. But in the end, Mr. Ham handled the case quickly and affordably with low stress. I trust him and if Im ever in a legal battle in the future, I want him representing me.
Hamm was hired in my divorce and paid a lump sum of five figures. I did not realize until after hiring a different attorney that a lump sum was unheard of in civil cases and unprofessional on his part. After receiving his money, Hamm did not want to deal with my case and difficult to contact and when he did respond it was usually in sarcasm or one sentence responses. The only thing he did do was finish a settlement out of court and then wanted to charge me for my file. When the other attorney got involved and asked why he was charging for my file, he apologized and waived the so called fee for copying my files. In hiring attorney make sure to find one that is professional and will actually fight for you in court and answer questions professional Hamm is not that attorney....
