Hamm was hired in my divorce and paid a lump sum of five figures. I did not realize until after hiring a different attorney that a lump sum was unheard of in civil cases and unprofessional on his part. After receiving his money, Hamm did not want to deal with my case and difficult to contact and when he did respond it was usually in sarcasm or one sentence responses. The only thing he did do was finish a settlement out of court and then wanted to charge me for my file.
